1. Can I withdraw my Hamster Kombat tokens directly? Answer: No, since this is an off-chain airdrop claim, users will not be able to withdraw Hamster Kombat tokens in Jettons (native Ton blockchain token). Instead, your airdrop is converted into an open position on the 'HMSTR_SPOT' market on ebi.xyz. Users can then choose to hold the open position or sell into USDT for withdrawal. Users can refer to our step by step withdrawal guide for more details.

2. I sold my 'HMSTR_SPOT' position but don't see the USDT in my withdrawal balance. What should I do?

   Answer: Once you've sold your 'HMSTR_SPOT' position, your USDT will appear in your withdraw-able balance after the next settlement window. Settlement windows are scheduled at 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 UTC.

   Note: The time taken to reflect the withdraw-able balance may be shorter than 8 hours.

3. Are there any withdrawal limits and fees on ebi.xyz? Answer: Yes, please ensure you have at least $1 USDT available funds before initiating the withdrawal process. A withdrawal fee of 0.06% is automatically deducted from the blockchain gas fee. There are no additional gas costs for users. Withdrawal adjustments as of 8 Oct 2024: Withdrawals to ETH (ERC20) is temporarily halted Arbitrum: $0.50 withdraw fee + 0.06% stargate fee, Minimum withdrawal set at 1 USDT BNB Chain: $1.00 withdraw fee + 0.06% stargate fee, Minimum withdrawal set at 5 USDT Note: After initiating the first withdrawal step, you will be able to claim your USDT into your wallet once the 15mins window has passed.

4. How do I withdraw USDT on ebi.xyz? Answer: Please refer to our withdrawal page for the full details and make sure the wallet destination are on the approved chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC) in ERC20). Once signed and confirmed by the user's wallet, all withdrawal process will be automatically approved.

5. Are there any trading fees on ebi.xyz? Answer: Yes, please refer to our fee schedule.

6. Is there a minimum deposit required on ebi.xyz? Answer: There is no minimum deposit requirement, but the minimum withdrawal is $1 USDT.

7. Can I trade my Hamster Kombat airdrop tokens for USDT? Answer: Yes! Once you assign ebi.xyz as your designated off-chain airdrop claims platform, you will receive an open 'HMSTR_SPOT' position which you can hold to the moon or sell it for USDT when you close your position.
