2-step Withdrawal Process
ebi.xyz requires a 2-step process for withdrawal. This is to ensure smart contract safety and give time for any unsettled trades to be updated on the blockchain.
💰Withdraw Anytime
ebi.xyz is a non-custodial exchange that allows users to withdraw funds any time. Users may withdraw any balance that is currently not used as collateral for trading positions.

🛠️ Withdrawal adjustments as of 8 Oct 2024
These adjustments are made to manage gas fees. We are introducing minimum withdrawals for respective chains:
Withdrawals to ETH (ERC20) is temporarily halted
Arbitrum: $0.50 withdraw fee + 0.06% stargate fee, Minimum withdrawal set at 1 USDT
BNB Chain: $1.00 withdraw fee + 0.06% stargate fee, Minimum withdrawal set at 5 USDT
How to Withdraw
Step 1: Click "Account", found on the top left of your trading terminal.
Step 2: Look at the left panel and click "Withdraw".
Step 3: Type in the amount you'd like to withdrawal from ebi.xyz. Do take note of the minimum withdrawal amount required for each respective chain at the top of this page (Withdrawal adjustments as of 8 oct 2024).
Step 4: Click on "Start Withdraw". This initiates the first step for withdrawal on ebi.xyz. If you are prompted by your wallet app to change networks to Ebi Chain, please do so.
Step 5: Your wallet app will prompt you to sign a signature. This is the first smart contract signature to enable withdrawal for your account. Do approve or confirm this signature.
Step 6: Give the chain sometime to confirm the block. Once confirmed, the withdrawal countdown will begin! This initiates the second withdrawal step. This step takes about 15mins and the "Claim to Wallet" button can only work after the countdown ends.
Step 7: After 15mins or when your countdown ends, select the chain you'd want to withdraw to, using the drop-down.
Step 8: Once you select your desired destination chain, click "Claim to wallet". A withdrawal fee of 0.06% is automatically deducted from your withdrawal amount. This withdrawal fee is for the blockchain gas fee. There are no additional gas costs for users.
Step 9: Another signature request will be prompted by your wallet app, this will be the final step of withdrawal approval. Please confirm the transaction.
Step 10: Your withdrawal is now completed! You can refer to "Recent Withdraw History" to check the transaction. It will show you the amount, date and timestamp of your withdrawal.
